1. What kind of warranty do I get for your servicing?
Warranty on work performed in our car service lasts for 24 months, beginning with the issuing of your invoice.
2. Are your mechanics qualified?
VW is a true technical marvel. In order to enjoy it and ensure your safety on the road for a long time, entrust its maintenance to VW experts, as each of them goes through rigorous education, aimed specifically at the unique properties of your VW vehicle. Our car service uses testing equipment, tools and Volkswagen Original parts developed solely for VW.
3. How often should I change my vehicle’s oil?
A sticker on the inside of the driver’s door and the service interval indicator within the speedometer remind you when your next inspection service is due. The information can also be found in your service book.
4. What kind of maintenance should I do?
Your licensed car service will be happy to advise you regarding all questions about service intervals, as well as those about the extent and expense of testing and maintenance. The extent of a car’s service differs depending on the vehicle’s age and mileage. In the case of regular service, this includes a check-up of the entire vehicle – electronics, the chassis, various expendable parts and fluid levels – there are up to 50 points of examination depending on the car’s mileage.
